We were asked to present to a major investor client within the Washington, DC region for leasing at 2000 Pennsylvania Avenue, an iconic building with a challenging perception. Utilizing a website for our presentation to the client, a first within the Washington, DC region, our marketing team was able to incorporate high-end technology and interactivity to convey our messaging and differentiators to the client. The firm won the pitch on the spot, securing a several million-dollar contract for the firm and creating immense positive press throughout the commercial real estate industry. After winning the pursuit, we continued to develop branding for the building, surveying the community and client to develop an identity that would stand out and help create buzz throughout the Washington, DC market area. The result? We are in final talks to secure a major anchor tenant in previously vacant space.

Roles: Art Direction & Prospect Due Diligence
We were asked by Under Armour to submit a proposal highlighting our property management capabilities for their headquarters in Baltimore, MD. We followed a detailed business development process to understand Under Armour’s needs and challenges and produced a proposal that not only answered the questions requested by UA, but also touched on solutions for the problems we uncovered. For the deliverables, we utilized UA’s globally recognized brand, we worked with UA design elements to help convey our differeniators and solutions and also produced a 90 second video showcasing the proposed team, their personalities and commitment to the client.
